The Contest Runs from March 10, 2008 and will end on April 30, 2008. The random winner will be notified by e-mail on May 1, 2008.

- You are automatically entered into the contest by subscribing to receive the East Toronto Real Estate Blog by e-mail.
- You must live in Toronto and be able to pick up the prize.
- You must be a subscriber at the time the contest closes.
- The winner must confirm they received the winning notification within 5 days or else another subscriber will be chosen.
