Last week was the first week that I published available inventory for Toronto’s North York Condos for sale.  I do plan on continuing the series since is was well recieved.  It will be moved to the Listings page and will be updated weekly.  The series will be updated on Thursdays or Fridays.

If you want to recieve current Toronto Condos for Sale updates by RRS feed or by e-mail, you will need to subscribe on the listings page as it has a different feed than the Main page feed.

Today I am playing around with a new feature to make the Toronto Condos and Real Estate Information Blog a little more fun.  I have added seesmic.com video to the blog and comments section.  You will be able to choose if you want to leave a text or video comment in reply to any new post since I have turned the comments off all prior articles.  As a mini bonus if you have your own website I have also added the “Do Follow” tag.  Thanks to Dustin Luther at the Rain City Guide and 4realz for introducing me to the seesmic site. 

I don’t have a set plan on how often I will post video but as I get more comfortable with it I am sure they will be more frequent.

The East Toronto Real Estate Blog is now listed in the RSS Hugger Blog Directory.  It might take a few days for the listing to show up but you should check it out anyway.

The Toronto, East York Real Estate and Community News is now “Toronto Condos and Real Estate Information Blog”. This blog will still provide the same types of information including Toronto Real Estate information and local East York and surrounding areas.

The old domain name of www.eastyorknews.blogspot.com will still work but there is now a new web address which is eastyorktorontorealestate.com.

As of last night there has been a new design implemented. The old 3 column design has been replaced with the green colour two column design. I hope you like the changes.

My name is Steven Campbell, I am a Sales Representative with Coldwell Banker Terrequity Realty, Brokerage*. Even though I work all of the Greater Toronto Area,  my main focus area is condos in the central core, covering  from Downtown upto Richmond Hill following Yonge Street  and branching out east and west along the way. 

This is the first post for this blog, and its purpose is to let you know what types of things I intend on publishing.

This Blog is going to be an informative tool for Toronto residents to learn about the Toronto Real Estate market, individual condo buildings and lots of photos of the surrounding areas within the community.
