Streeeeeetch!!!!.  This happens when the photo is proportioned to MLS.  The MLS stretches photos to fill there screen size.  To make this one worse, this is the only image for the listing.

This isn’t the worst photo I have seen, but when you list a property for sale you want to show it in the best possible light.  This photo is very grainy.  Digital cameras are really cheap now, you can get one that decent one for just over a hundred bucks.   Taken with a better camera [...]

Yup, the salesperson really thought this was an acceptable photo to use in marketing a sellers home.  TREB MLS photos are usually 454 x 302 pixals.  This photo is only 54 x 54.
