It has been a little while since publishing a Terrible MLS photo of the day, I do plan on being more frequent with them because I have fun with them.  Feel free to e-mail your bad photos for inclusion in this series.

Todays bad photo is just wrong.  nothing says don’t buy me like a photo with the pets in it.  Not only do most buyers not want to buy a house that had pets, they certainly don’t want to see them.

It has been a week since the last Terrible MLS photo of the day so I thought it was time for another one.  Don’t worry, there are plenty more to come they seem to be new photos everyday.

I suppose the agent thought this was a great photo of the scenic nature of the property but it is just bad.

Well I guess this photo isn’t that terrible, but why are there so many photos on the mls like this.  What is the point of showing a white wall.  The only purpose I see for this photo was to fill the 9 maximum mls photos allowed for a listing.

Welcome to another terrible mls photo.  I am not really sure what is the purpose of this photo.  Is it the paint colour, carpet on the stairs, the stairs themselves or is it the hardwood that is important?  Either way, I don’t think this should be on any listings.  Toronto Real Estate photos should be taken by a professional photographer,  not just taken for the sake of filling up the 9 photo limit on the MLS.

This is one fine piece of real estate featuring a lovely kitchen with a slightly sloped floor.  Again, use of either photoshop or a tripod could have fixed this one.

Yup, another addition of the Toronto Real Estate Terrible MLS Photo of the day.  Todays photo is really no photo at all.  I can’t believe how many times I look for listings and find “no photo available”.  The Toronto MLS allows for 1 main photo plus 8 additional photos of the property for a total of 9 photos.  I can understand the no photo on day one for the first couple of hours, beyond that I can’t.  Maybe home sellers are more forgiving, or maybe, just maybe they don’t know.  This image was pulled from a listing 13 days on the market.  I wonder how many showings it got?
